The Body Suite is located very conveniently on the Recreation Trail, overlooking Monterey Bay. We're within strolling distance from many hotels and B&B's, restaurants, the Aquarium, downtown Monterey and Pacific Grove.

Directions

Wave Street is the next street up from the ocean after Cannery Row, that's followed by Foam Street then Lighthouse Avenue. From whichever direction you're coming, simply follow the directions to Cannery Row and the Aquarium to get to the general area.

We are located between McClellan and Hoffman Streets, 1½ blocks West of the Monterey Plaza Hotel, 1½ blocks East of the Spindrift Hotel (both on Cannery Row), 4 blocks from the Aquarium, and directly opposite the Otter Inn on Wave St.

On the upper level is Gems by the Sea and Aesthetics-Genetics by the Bay. On the lower level (accessed from Wave Street or the Recreation Trail) is The Trailside Cafe and The Body Suite Day Spa.

Parking

There is metered parking along Wave Street and parking lots within a block of the spa as well as adjacent to the property (one offering free parking to guests of Steinbeck Court on a space-available basis).

Free Shuttle

During summer you can catch the WAVE (Waterfront Area Visitor Express) and beat the parking and traffic around town - and it's FREE!

From Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day, as well as during certain additional high-traffic events (for example, the AT&T Pro-Am Golf Tournament, Laguna Seca race weekends) the WAVE shuttle buses link the Aquarium and Cannery Row with Del Monte Center, downtown hotels, Fisherman's Wharf and other waterfront destinations. The WAVE shuttle departs every 10 minutes from Downtown.
